The Radiation Protection Authority (RPA) will be hosting the 8th Annual Radiation Safety Conference from 14th–17th July 2026 in Livingstone. The purpose of this conference is to sustain excellence in radiation safety, from compliance to culture. This means reinforcing the importance of maintaining high standards in radiation safety.
This year’s theme, “Sustaining Excellence in Radiation Safety From Compliance to Culture ,” seeks to promote enhanced safety practices and regulatory compliance, particularly in industrial applications of nuclear science and technology.

Registration Fees.
The registration fee structure is as follows:
• K5,500 per individual participant;
• K2,500 per Student;
The above fees cover full participation in the conference, access to conference facilities, tea breaks, lunch, and branded conference materials/attire.
