The Radiation Protection Authority will be hosting the 6th Annual Radiation Protection Officers (RPO’s) Conference. The purpose of the conference is to disseminate information for enhancing radiation protection measures in medical facilities.

The conference is scheduled to take place in Livingstone from the 23rd to the 25th of July 2025 under the theme “Advancing Strategies in Radiation Protection from Innovation to Integration”

You are cordially invited by the Radiation Protection Authority to attend the 7th Radiation Safety Conference scheduled from 23rd to 25th July, 2025. This eagerly awaited gathering will convene experts, professionals, and stakeholders from across the globe to delve into the latest advancements, successes, and future trajectories within the realm of radiation protection and safety

Over the preceding decade, notable strides have been taken in fortifying radiation safety and protection protocols. This conference is geared towards commemorating these achievements while concurrently providing a forum to deliberate and outline forthcoming initiatives aimed at shielding workers, the general populace, and the environment from the potential perils posed by radiation

A Registration fee of K3,500 is required which will cover your participation fee, conference facilities, tea breaks and lunch. Please note that the fee does not include accommodation and transport costs for participants
